§ 20-2.1-11 Industry advisory committee.– The council shall establish an industry advisory committee to providecoordination among commercial fisheries sectors and to review plans andrecommendations that affect more than commercial fishery sector, and to advisethe council and the department on matters which affect commercial fishing as awhole, which committee shall include representatives of each commercialfisheries sector and of manners of commercial fishing.
