SECTION 20-2-24

   § 20-2-24  Recreational lobster license.– (a) Non-commercial pot: forty dollars ($40.00). The license is issuedonly to a legal resident of the state of Rhode Island.

   (b) Non-commercial divers: forty dollars ($40.00). Thelicense is issued only to a legal resident of the state of Rhode Island.
