SECTION 20-2-5

   § 20-2-5  Replacement of lost or destroyedcertificate. – (a) Whoever loses or by a mistake or accident destroys his or her certificateof a commercial marine fisheries license may, upon application to thedepartment accompanied by an affidavit fully setting forth the circumstances ofthe loss, receive a duplicate certificate for the remainder of the year coveredby the original certificate, for a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for eachduplicate license.

   (b) Whoever loses or by mistake or accident destroys his orher certificate of a non-commercial license may, upon application to thedepartment accompanied by an affidavit fully setting forth the circumstances ofloss, receive a duplicate certificate for the remainder of the year covered bythe original certificate for a fee of two dollars ($2.00).
