SECTION 20-2-7

   § 20-2-7  Use of license proceeds. –The moneys received under § 20-2-6 are to be used for the followingspecific purposes:

   (1) Leasing and purchase of land and rights-of-way to streamsand ponds to be stocked with fish by the department and to be opened to publicfishing;

   (2) For stream improvement;

   (3) For the enforcement of fish and game laws;

   (4) For the protection and propagation of fish and game; and

   (5) For the leasing and purchase of land or acquisition ofconservation easements for the purpose of creating wildlife reservations andprotecting wildlife habitats.
