SECTION 20-6-20

   § 20-6-20  Towing of dredge during closedseason. – Any person who tows a scallop dredge in the waters of the state during theseason closed to the taking of scallops shall, upon conviction, be fined notless than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) orimprisoned not exceeding thirty (30) days, or both, for each offense.
