SECTION 20-8.1-10

   § 20-8.1-10  Powers of enforcement. –Conservation officers of the department may arrest any person found violatingany of the provisions of this chapter, and may seize all shellfish and any boator vessel, or outboard motor, or dredge, tongs, rakes, or other implements,commonly employed in the taking of shellfish, in possession of any personviolating the provisions of this chapter, and may make complaints for all thoseviolations, and in any complaint they shall not be required at the time of thecomplaint or thereafter to enter into recognizance or in any way to becomeliable for the costs that may accrue.
