§ 21-1-9 Injunctions authorized. –In addition to the remedies provided in § 21-1-10 the director isauthorized to apply to the superior court for, and that court shall havejurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary orpermanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision ofthis chapter, irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy atlaw.
