§ 21-14-11 Enforcement – Prosecutionof violations. – It shall be the duty of the director to enforce the provisions of this chapterand the regulations adopted in accordance with this chapter and to prosecuteall persons guilty of violations of them. In all prosecutions pursuant to thissection the director shall not be required to enter into any recognizance norto give surety for costs.
