SECTION 21-18-5

   § 21-18-5  Misbranded packages. – For the purposes of this chapter, apples packed in a closed package shall bedeemed to be misbranded:

   (1) If the package fails to bear all statements required by§ 21-18-2.

   (2) If the package bears any statement, design, or deviceregarding the article or its contents which shall be false or misleading in anyparticular, or is falsely branded in any particular.
