SECTION 21-28.2-14.1

   § 21-28.2-14.1  Appeals. – A party aggrieved by a final order of a court entered in a proceeding broughtunder this chapter may appeal that order to the supreme court in accordancewith the procedures contained in the rules of appellate procedure of thesupreme court.
