SECTION 21-28-4.19

   § 21-28-4.19  Reduction of sentence. –(a) Any sentence of a person convicted for any violation of this chapter may,at any time subsequent to the imposition of the sentence, be reduced by thecourt upon receipt of a motion for reduction of sentence submitted by theattorney general based upon the person's demonstrated cooperation with lawenforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of violations ofthis chapter.

   (b) Nothing contained in this section shall in any way limitthe court's authority pursuant to Rule 35 of the Superior Court Rules ofCriminal Procedure.
