SECTION 21-28-5.06

   § 21-28-5.06  Seizure of contraband. –All controlled substances, which may be handled, sold, possessed, ordistributed in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be andare declared to be contraband; and shall be subject to seizure and confiscationby any state or local officer whose duty it is to enforce the laws of thisstate relating to controlled substances.
