§ 21-31.1-14 Suspension or revocation ofpermits. – Whenever the director has reason to believe that a permit holder is engaging inor has engaged in a prohibited act, the director may notify the permit holderin writing, specifying the violation in question and advising of its intent tosuspend or revoke the permit and shall proceed in accordance with theprovisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
