SECTION 21-31.1-15

   § 21-31.1-15  Detention. – Whenever an authorized representative of the director encounters a prescriptionveterinary drug in the possession of a person who is not authorized by §21-31.1-13, the representative may affix to the drug a tag or other appropriatemarking, warning all persons not to remove or dispose of the drug sale orotherwise until permission is given for removal or disposal by the director orthe court.
