§ 21-31-22 Publication of court orders,judgments and decrees – Dissemination of information. – (a) The director of health may cause to be published from time to time reportssummarizing all judgments, decrees, and court orders which have been renderedunder this chapter, including the nature of the charge and its disposition.

(b) The director of health may also cause to be disseminatedany information regarding food, drugs, devices, and cosmetics that the directorof health deems necessary in the interest of public health and the protectionof the consumer against fraud. Nothing in this section shall be construed toprohibit the director of health from collecting, reporting, and illustratingthe results of the investigations of the director of health.
