SECTION 21-31-4

   § 21-31-4  Injunctions authorized. –In addition to the remedies provided in this chapter the director of health isauthorized to apply to the superior court for, and the court shall havejurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary orpermanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of§ 21-31-3, irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedyat law.
