§ 22-10-4 Lobbyists Limitedactivity. (a) A person whose sole lobbying activity is testifying at a public hearing ofa legislative committee or commission no more than twice during the legislativesession, either on behalf of a for profit organization or entity or whoreceives compensation for the appearance, shall enter or cause to be enteredhis or her name in a separate register to be maintained in the office of thesecretary of state, and shall be required to disclose:
(1) The legislation by bill number and subject matter onwhich testimony will be given;
(2) The name of the person, corporation, or association thatengaged the person's services; and
(3) The compensation, if any, that the person is to receive.
(b) The person shall be exempt from all other reportingrequirements of this chapter.
