SECTION 22-3-11

   § 22-3-11  Election or appointment ofcommittees. – In the month of January in each odd-numbered year, the senate shall elect itscommittees or provide by rule for their appointment, and the house ofrepresentatives shall elect its committees or provide by rule for theirappointment.
