SECTION 22-3-13

   § 22-3-13  Certification and delivery orretention of lists. – At or before twelve o'clock noon (12:00 p.m.) on the first Tuesday in Januaryin each odd-numbered year, the secretary of state shall certify and deliver tothe reading clerk of the house of representatives the list of persons, made upas provided in § 22-3-1, entitled to seats in the house ofrepresentatives, and shall certify and retain in his or her possession the listof persons so made up entitled to seats in the senate.
