SECTION 22-6-13

   § 22-6-13  Subpoena power. – The committee on finance of the house of representatives is authorized in theperformance of its duties as provided in §§ 22-6-10 – 22-6-12 torequire the attendance of any state employee by subpoena or otherwise and torequire the production of books, papers, and documents which are necessary forits work.
