§ 22-7.2-7 Place of meeting – Quorum.– The joint committee on legislative services shall provide adequate space in thestate house for the use of the joint committee on highway safety; provided,however, that the joint committee on highway safety may conduct hearings andhold meetings elsewhere when doing so will better serve its purposes. Amajority in number of the joint committee on highway safety shall be necessaryto constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
