§ 22-7.4-102 The Sgt. Timothy R. GiblinHighway. – The section of US Route 6, that travels between Hartford Avenue and KillinglyStreet in the city of Providence, shall hereafter be named and known as the"Sgt. Timothy R. Giblin Highway" in honor of Sgt. Timothy R. Giblin, a proudand valiant United States Marine, who served this country with honor anddistinction, and died in the line of duty on October 23, 1983 in the Beirutbarracks bombing during the Lebanese Civil War.
