§ 22-7.4-99 Wiley Hall. – The new residence hall located on the Kingston Campus of the University ofRhode Island known as North Woods Residence B, shall hereafter be named andknown as "Wiley Hall" in honor of Alton Wiley, the first African-American Judgein Rhode Island, George Wiley, an American Chemist and Civil Rights Leader, andBeverly Wiley, a community leader; and in recognition of their many and variedcontributions to the Nation, the State of Rhode Island, and the University ofRhode Island.
