§ 22-7.6-8 Place of meeting – Quorum.– The joint committee on legislative services shall provide adequate space in thestate house for the use of the joint committee on small business; provided,that the joint committee on small business may conduct hearings and holdmeetings elsewhere when doing so will better serve its purposes. A majority innumber of the joint committee on small business shall be necessary toconstitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
