SECTION 23-1.1-15

   § 23-1.1-15  Confidentiality of tradesecrets. – All information reported to or otherwise obtained by the director in connectionwith any inspection or proceeding under this chapter which contains or whichmight reveal a trade secret referred to in § 1905 of title 18 of theUnited States Code or any amendment of § 1905 of title 18 of the UnitedStates Code, 18 U.S.C. § 1905, shall be considered confidential for thepurpose of that section, except that the information may be disclosed to otherofficers or employees concerned with carrying out this chapter or when relevantin any proceeding under this chapter. In any proceeding under this chapter thedirector of labor and training, the review board, or the court shall issueorders that may be appropriate to protect the confidentiality of trade secrets.
