SECTION 23-1.10-14

   § 23-1.10-14  Visitation rights – Mailand other communications. – (a) Subject to reasonable rules regarding hours of visitation which thedirector may adopt, patients in any approved treatment facility shall begranted opportunities for adequate consultation with counsel, and forcontinuing contact with family and friends consistent with an effectivetreatment program.

   (b) Neither mail nor other communication to or from a patientin any approved treatment facility may be intercepted, read, or censored. Thedirector may adopt reasonable rules regarding the use of telephone by patientsin approved treatment facilities.
