SECTION 23-1.10-18

   § 23-1.10-18  Application of AdministrativeProcedures Act. – Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the state AdministrativeProcedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42, applies to and governs alladministrative action taken by the director.
