§ 23-1.3-11 Prohibited uses and services.– It shall be unlawful for any person to use, manufacture, produce, transport,transfer, receive, acquire, own, possess, or dispose of any radiation sourceunless licensed by or registered with the administrator when that licensing orregistration is required in accordance with the provisions of this chapter andthe rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter. It shall also beunlawful for any person to engage in the business of installing or offering toinstall radiation sources or to engage in the business of furnishing oroffering to furnish radiation source services or service unless registered withor licensed by the administrator whenever that registration and licensing isrequired in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules andregulations promulgated under this chapter.
