§ 23-1.3-15 Duties. – The commission shall:
(1) Review and evaluate policies and programs of the staterelating to radiation and advise the agency of its opinions and findings;
(2) Make recommendations to the governor, the director ofhealth and the agency administrator and furnish any technical advice that maybe required on matters relating to development, utilization, and regulation ofsources of radiation; and
(3) Make a biennial report to the governor and the generalassembly.
