SECTION 23-1.3-4

   § 23-1.3-4  Inspection and right of entry.– The administrator or his or her duly authorized representatives shall have thepower to enter at all reasonable times upon any private or public property forthe purpose of determining whether or not there is compliance with orviolations of the provisions of this chapter and rules and regulations issuedunder the provisions of this chapter, except that entry into areas under thejurisdiction of the federal government shall be effected only afternotification of appropriate federal government authorities. This entry mayinclude, but shall not be limited to, inspections and investigations ofradiation sources, their shieldings and immediate surroundings and records ormemoranda pertaining to exposure to radiation sources as they may pertain tothe public health and welfare.
