SECTION 23-1-9

   § 23-1-9  Annual report to generalassembly. – The director of health shall make an annual report to the general assembly ofhis or her proceedings during the year ending on the thirty-first (31st) day ofDecember next preceding, with any suggestions in relation to the sanitary lawsand interests of the state that he or she shall deem important.
