SECTION 23-13-6

   § 23-13-6  Reports of ophthalmianeonatorum. – It shall be the duty of any physician, midwife, nurse, parent, or other personor persons assisting any woman in childbirth or assisting in the care of anyinfant to report within twelve (12) hours after noting any case of ophthalmianeonatorum coming to his or her attention to the department of health.
