§ 23-16.2-13 Violation of this chapter.– In addition to the revocation or suspension of the licenses granted under thischapter as provided for in § 23-16.2-7, any person who commits a violationof this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of notmore than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment for a term of not morethan one year, or both.
