SECTION 23-17.2-6

   § 23-17.2-6  Failure to comply. – Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall befined fifty dollars ($50.00) for each failure. Any person employed by the statewho fails to comply as provided in this chapter shall be subject to beingdischarged from that employment.
