§ 23-17.4-13 Variance authority. The licensing agency may grant a variance from the provisions of any rule orregulation in a specific case if it finds that a literal enforcement of theprovision will result in unnecessary hardship to the applicant, and that thevariance will not be contrary to the public interest and the health and safetyof residents.
