§ 23-17.7.1-5 Application for license.– An application for a license shall be made to the licensing agency upon formsprovided by it and shall contain any information that the licensing agencyreasonably requires, which may include affirmative evidence of ability tocomply with reasonable standards and the rules and regulations as issuedpursuant to this chapter. Each application shall be accompanied by payment ofthe fees prescribed in accordance with § 23-17.7.1-3.
