SECTION 23-17-12.2

   § 23-17-12.2  Time for correction ofdefects. – (a) Every corporation or person who will be inspected or investigated under§ 23-17-12 will begin to correct health, sanitation, nursing care, anddietary defects immediately upon notice by the director of health that thedefects exist. The notification will be made by certified or registered letterreturn receipt requested from the director of health to the person orcorporation so inspected.

   (b) However, every defect will be fully and wholly correctedwithin thirty (30) days from the time of notice unless an extension is grantedfor good cause shown, but no extension will exceed fifteen (15) days.
