SECTION 23-17-32

   § 23-17-32  Mammograms – Qualityassurance standards. – Any licensed health care facility performing a mammogram shall meetstate-approved quality assurance standards for taking and processingmammograms. The director of health shall have the authority to promulgate rulesand regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
