§ 23-17-5 Application for license. –An application for a license shall be made to the licensing agency upon formsprovided by it and shall contain any information that the licensing agencyreasonably requires, which may include affirmative evidence of ability tocomply with reasonable standards, rules, and regulations that are lawfullyprescribed under this chapter. Each application shall be accompanied by paymentof the fees prescribed in accordance with § 23-17-38.
