§ 23-18.10-2 Definitions. – (a) "CFC 11 and CFC 12" are two (2) members of fully halogenatedchlorofluorocarbons, which are substances containing carbon, fluorine, andchlorine, having no hydrogen atoms and no double bonds.
(b) "Director" means the director of the department ofenvironmental management.
(c) "Person" or "anyone" means any natural person, firm,corporation, partnership, or other organization or group however organized.
