§ 23-18.10-8 Severability. – If any part or provision of this chapter or the application of any part orprovision to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of thechapter, including the application of that part or provision to other personsor circumstances, shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in fullforce and effect. To this end, provisions of this chapter are severable.
