SECTION 23-18.12-7

   § 23-18.12-7  Demonstration projects.– With approval of the department, a distributor of beverage containers will havethe opportunity to undertake recycling projects or other projects as necessary,to demonstrate a container's recyclability or enhanced recyclability. After adetermination of noncompliance under § 23-18.12-4(a) the approval of theproject by the department shall stay the time period for any action under§ 23-18.12-4(b). Any project must meet criteria agreeable to both thedistributor and the department and is open to monitoring by the department, itsemployees, agents, or consultants.
