SECTION 23-18.6.1-17

   § 23-18.6.1-17  Other prohibited acts.– A person that, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsifies,forges, conceals, defaces, or obliterates a document of gift, an amendment orrevocation of a document of gift, or a refusal commits a felony and uponconviction is subject to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)or imprisonment not exceeding five (5) years, or both.
