SECTION 23-19.1-15

   § 23-19.1-15  Proceedings for enforcement.– The superior court for Providence county shall have jurisdiction to enforce theprovisions of this chapter and any rule, regulation, or order issued pursuantto this chapter. Proceedings for enforcement may be instituted and prosecutedin the name of the director, and in any proceeding in which injunctive reliefis sought, it shall not be necessary for the director to show that, withoutthis relief, the injury which will result will be irreparable, or that theremedy at law is inadequate.
