§ 23-19.1-36 Suspension of transporterspermit upon violation of § 23-19.1-33. – Violation of § 23-19.1-33 shall cause the suspension of the transporterspermit issued pursuant to § 23-19.1-10, until the time as the employer orholder of the transporters permit shall provide the department of environmentalmanagement with evidence of certification of the driver/applicant.
