SECTION 23-19.1-8

   § 23-19.1-8  Records – Reports –Monitoring. – It shall be unlawful for any person to generate, store, transport, treat, ordispose of hazardous wastes within the state of without complying with anyrequirements that the director by regulation may prescribe for:

   (1) The establishment of records;

   (2) The making of reports, the taking of samples, and theperforming of tests, or analyses;

   (3) The installing, calibrating, using, and maintaining ofmonitoring equipment, or methods; and

   (4) The providing of any other information that may benecessary to achieve the purposes of this chapter.
