SECTION 23-19.10-5

   § 23-19.10-5  Reporting requirements.– Every generator of hazardous waste shall submit a report to the department, atleast once every two (2) years, reporting the changes in volume and toxicity ofwaste achieved through waste reduction during the period for which the reportis issued.
