SECTION 23-19.12-11

   § 23-19.12-11  Application for license.– Application for a license shall be made to the director of the department ofenvironmental management upon a form prescribed by the director. Upon approvalof the application by the director, a license shall be issued. Licenses shallexpire three (3) years from the date of issue, unless sooner if suspended orrevoked. The director of the department of environmental management isempowered to charge an annual application fee consistent with the fees chargedfor other solid waste licenses under the authority of § 23-18.9-9.
