SECTION 23-19.12-19

   § 23-19.12-19  Severability. – The provisions of this chapter are severable and if any provisions or part ofany provision shall be held invalid or unconstitutional or inapplicable to anyperson or circumstances, that invalidity, unconstitutionality, orinapplicability shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions of thischapter.
