SECTION 23-19.14-9

   § 23-19.14-9  Priority sites for economicdevelopment. – Upon application, the executive director of the Rhode Island economicdevelopment corporation may certify Brownfield sites as properties of criticaleconomic concern, as defined by § 42-117-3(3). These properties ofcritical economic concern shall be entitled to the benefits of chapter 117 oftitle 42 including, but not limited to, expedited investigation of theseproperties, expedited design of appropriate remedial actions for theseproperties and, to the greatest extent possible, expedited implementation ofremedial actions at these properties.
